it's true. they're salty.

wowee. i felt the need to blog.

an AC Nielson surveyer got round to my house last Sunday. and she asked many many questions. beware. 10 minutes can turn into half and hour, and maybe even longer. and she gave me a passport holder, a $5 popular voucher and promised a $30 cold storage voucher if i completed this 98 pages survey on the stuff i consume/use/whatever the word may be.

took me a while, but it's finally done.

now i gotta go call her back to pick it up. annoying.

did the $30 voucher as an incentive really push me to do the whole darned survey? or was it the fact that I really sympathised with the surveyer who had to personally interview so many people. or maybe the survey was really interesting to do.

nah.. 98 pages on consumer electronics, household appliances, fast-moving market goods, finances and even a personal statement can't quite cut it as 'interesting'.

it was probably the thought that i was mucking up some survey data that was going to be sold to some bigshot company.
